We are a rapidly growing EdTech company expanding in Singapore, seeking an accomplished Business Development professional to lead partnerships within the education sector.

This role is for driven and experienced professionals who are passionate about shaping the future of education. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships with schools, institutions, and education organisations, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and grow new business opportunities in Singapore's education sector
  • Lead prospecting, cold outreach, lead generation, and pitching
  • Build and manage partnerships with educational establishments
  • Achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking activities

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in business development within the education sector
  • Strong ability to establish new partnerships and achieve sales success independently
  • Familiarity with Singapore's education landscape and stakeholder dynamics
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales tracking and reporting
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot is advantageous
