Strategic Financial Performance Manager

We are seeking a strategic finance professional to drive business performance and growth. The role requires strong analytical skills, effective stakeholder management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
About the Role:
The Strategic Financial Insights Manager will be responsible for delivering high-impact analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support senior management decision-making. Key responsibilities include monitoring business performance, providing early warnings, leading budgeting and financial planning activities, coordinating closing and reporting processes, supporting decision-making with data-driven insights, enhancing business case proposals, evaluating risks and opportunities, and continuously improving management reporting processes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, at least 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or BPA roles, strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting systems, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, effective stakeholder management and influencing skills, experience working in cross-functional and multicultural team environments, and a solid understanding of financial compliance and internal controls.
