Key Responsibilities

Manage the financial performance of a business, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly/quarterly variance analysis, cash flow projections, and annual budgets to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Provide expert financial guidance and support to stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Ensure adherence to local tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of GST and other statutory filings in a timely and compliant manner.
Project Accounting Oversight

Monitor and control financial aspects of construction projects, encompassing job costing, budgeting, and forecasting. Track project expenses, revenue recognition, and work-in-progress (WIP) reporting to optimise project outcomes.

Cost Control and Budgeting

Collaborate in the development and implementation of project budgets, cost control measures, and variance analysis to guarantee that projects remain within budgetary parameters and adhere to financial guidelines.

Requirements
  • Qualification in Accountancy or equivalent field
  • Proven experience in managing full sets of accounts
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the construction/real estate industry is highly desirable
