Financial Performance Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Performance Manager to drive accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls. This role will be responsible for maintaining full sets of accounts across multiple entities, performing financial analysis, supporting tax and audit requirements, and contributing to forecasting and planning cycles.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in both local and US GAAP, experience in corporate accounting, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Accurate and Timely Financial Reports: Develop and maintain comprehensive financial reports in accordance with GAAP.
  • Manage and Analyze Monthly Financial Results: Oversee monthly financial results, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain Full Sets of Accounts: Ensure accurate and complete records of accounts for assigned entities, such as those based in Singapore, Indonesia, or regional groups.
  • Perform Tax Reconciliations: Conduct monthly tax reconciliations, including sales and use tax, to ensure timely compliance reporting.
  • Classify Transactions Correctly: Classify transactions correctly by entity, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial reporting.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment
