With a strong focus on organisational transformation, this role will be instrumental in designing and implementing strategic initiatives that foster employee engagement, cultural shifts, and seamless system adoption.

  • Responsibilities: ">
  • Design and implement transformative strategies to support organisational growth, including digital initiatives, restructuring, and cultural transformations.">
  • Lead workshops, focus groups, and surveys to gauge employee sentiment and readiness, ensuring that our team is equipped for new challenges.">
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training programs to ensure employees are proficient in new systems, tools, and processes.">
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and areas of resistance, providing contingency plans as needed.">
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to articulate the rationale, benefits, and progress of organisational initiatives.">
  • Identify, analyse, and engage key stakeholders across all levels of the organisation, fostering collaboration and collective success.">
  • Support senior leaders and executives in fulfilling their roles, providing guidance and expertise when needed.">
">Requirements:">
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Behavioural Science, Human Factors, or Communications, with a degree in one of these fields or equivalent.">
  • Experience in healthcare settings, with knowledge of hospital operations (clinical and/or support functions), will be advantageous.">
  • Proficiency in Organisational Development and Change Management methodologies will be highly valued.">
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas simply.">
  • Task-driven, strong facilitation, planning, and analytical skills, with a focus on delivering results.">
