Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of talented professionals in delivering digital transformation solutions. As a Digital Transformation Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development and implementation of strategic plans that drive business growth and improvement.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor agile pods comprising developers and testers to ensure adherence to agile principles and practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the agile pod and stakeholders, facilitating transparency and alignment on project goals and progress.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Implement and manage DevOps practices within the team, utilizing relevant tools to streamline development and deployment processes.


Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a Scrum Lead or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
  • Comfortable working with statistics.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong leadership skills and proactive and self-driven attitude.
  • Advanced communication and storytelling skills.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible through shifting priorities.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in reactjs and .NET Core, with hands-on experience in code review and DevOps tools.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
