Drive Digital Transformation

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of large-scale digital transformation projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Product Managers and Designers to conduct user interviews, facilitate sprint planning, scrums, and retrospectives, and track development pace to ensure timely delivery.
  • Establish key success factors, develop metrics, and build dashboards to track performance—enabling clear measurement of outcomes and alignment with goals.
  • Analyze product performance after launch, identify areas for enhancement, and facilitate iterative improvements to drive ongoing value.
  • Evaluate the impact of change requests, estimate resource needs, and ensure requests are actionable and resource-appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management required.
  • Experience in full software/product development life cycles using Agile Methodology.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and deliver end-to-end digital products effectively, even with limited resources.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, empowering clear idea pitching and effective stakeholder alignment.
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines, with strong prioritization and independent working capabilities.
