We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales specialist to join our team in the electricity sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- To deliver engaging and persuasive sales pitches to potential clients.
- To provide detailed product/service information and handle inquiries or objections confidently.
- To identify new leads and follow up on potential sales opportunities.
- To manage and track leads through the sales pipeline to ensure conversion.
- To work toward meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- To monitor your sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to improve results.
- To update and maintain accurate records of all interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.
- To ensure proper follow-up and documentation of the sales process.
- To provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams on customer preferences.
- To prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
- To stay updated on the company's products and services, including new features or promotions.
- To understand competitors' offerings to better position your sales strategy.
- To address customer complaints or concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
- To provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
