Capital Raising Expert

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead our capital raising efforts, responsible for identifying and securing new funding opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet business objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing investors and identify new potential investors
  • Manage assigned fundraising mandates serving as the product specialist
Requirements:
  • Proven history of success in building investor relationships and raising capital for investment products
  • Practical experience of fund raising from initial marketing through to final documentation
  • Keen understanding of the real estate asset class (Industrial/Logistics experience is an advantage)

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity. Respond to queries from investors in a timely manner, coordinate investor Q&A process.
