Marine Fleet Management Leader

As a highly skilled professional in the marine industry, you have the opportunity to lead a team of specialists in fleet engineering management. This role requires driving innovation and excellence in maintenance and repair work on marine crafts.

  • Organize and deploy teams for routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Update senior management on daily manpower deployment and project status.
  • Coordinate with operations teams for timely completion of tasks.
  • Promote innovation and newbuild projects to improve fleet efficiency.
  • Review inventory levels and propose recommendations for spare parts procurement.
  • Develop equipment maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Engage external stakeholders for scheduled docking and project management.
  • Mentor and motivate team members to achieve targets.
  • Ensure proper documentation records are maintained.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies for operations improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marine, Mechanical, Electrical or equivalent field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the marine industry.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering principles.
  • Familiarity with electrical schematics diagrams and symbols.
