Job Title: Senior Rehabilitation Specialist

Job Description:

As a Senior Rehabilitation Specialist, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to achieve optimal independence through skills improvement and restoration in various daily activities. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing treatment plans, assessing and training clients, and providing guidance to family members and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs
  • Assess and train clients to improve their functional abilities
  • Provide guidance and support to family members and caregivers
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment plans
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by AHPC
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Patient focus and genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others
  • Demonstrated sound clinical knowledge and reasoning, critical thinking, judgment, and decision-making skills
Education Requirements:

A Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy is required for this role.
