Job Title: Rehabilitation Therapist

As a rehabilitation therapist, you will be responsible for providing physiotherapy services to residents in our care. Your primary role will be to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized physiotherapy programs to help residents achieve their optimal level of mobility and function.

  • Assess the physical abilities and limitations of each resident, and develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to their specific needs.
  • Implement and conduct physiotherapy sessions, utilizing various techniques and modalities to promote healing, strength, and mobility.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
  • Document resident progress and outcomes accurately and consistently.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of physiotherapy services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor of Physiotherapy degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 3 years of local clinical experience in Singapore.
  • Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) of Singapore.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
