Digital Business Development Leader

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading digital initiatives to support hawkers and heartland merchants. This dynamic position requires a strategic thinker who can craft and implement innovative solutions to drive business growth and enhance community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Program Head to develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that cater to the needs of hawkers and heartland merchants.
- Ensure timely completion of monthly senior call-backs for the GRC and conduct survey interviews to gauge customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with partners to establish roving counters, learning journeys, events, and pop-up counters that foster engagement and drive business results.
- Generate regular reports to update the Operations Manager on engagement metrics and Digital Ambassador performance.
- Support the Program Head in stakeholder management, facilitating collaborations, volunteer management, and conducting training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years relevant work experience in leadership or business development roles.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.
- Able to analyze data, identify trends, and anticipate/escalate issues to drive business decisions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills.
- Ability to manage a team and adapt to different situations and environments.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools.
