Senior Customer Record Specialist

Description:
This role involves managing customer master records, preparing invoices for non-patient services and recording miscellaneous receipts. Additionally, you will be responsible for reconciling accounts receivable ledgers with general ledgers and overseeing credit card collections. A key aspect of the job is to receive and write off bad debts while ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding corporate accounts and verifying statements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Create and update customer master records in an accurate and efficient manner.
2. Prepare invoices for non-patient services and record miscellaneous receipts accordingly.
3. Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers with general ledgers and manage credit card collections effectively.
4. Receive and write off bad debts as per established protocols.
5. Follow up on outstanding bills from corporate accounts and verify statements of account regularly.
