Senior Voice Recording Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Voice Recording Operations team. As a Voice Recording Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality voice recording services to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trading voice support and experience with voice recording systems such as Nice NTR/NTR-X, Verint Verba, and Fusion. They should also have good knowledge of Windows servers, private wires, and Hoot networks.
The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to collect and analyze system trace logs.
Key responsibilities include managing technology infrastructure, ensuring maximum availability and maintaining technical levels for support and maintenance purposes. The candidate will also be responsible for troubleshooting voice and recording related issues, collecting metrics for third-line escalation, and creating reports for senior management and compliance/litigation teams.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar trading voice support role and possess a strong understanding of voice recording systems, including Nice Fusion and Verint Verba. A CCNA or CCNA Voice certification is highly desirable.
