We are seeking a skilled Voice Recording Engineer to support and manage trading floor voice systems across 12 APAC countries. This role covers business-as-usual operations, troubleshooting, and project delivery for critical Voice & Voice Recording platforms.

  • Deliver and support Trader Voice and Voice Recording services, covering operations, controls, and projects.">
  • Ensure system availability and readiness; perform daily checks.">
  • Manage and monitor Voice & Voice Recording infrastructure.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • Experience with IPC Unigy, Cisco Voice, MS Teams Voice, NICE NTR/NTR-X, and Verint Verba.">
  • Troubleshooting and resolution skills for voice-related issues.">
  • Metric preparation for escalations and management reporting.">
  • Operational, compliance, and litigation report production.">
  • Adherence to internal controls, SLAs, and regulatory requirements.">
  • Collaboration with global teams for problem resolution and knowledge sharing.">
  • Contribution to upgrades, lifecycle management, and regional knowledge.">
