Financial Operations and Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations and Human Resources Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.

  • Job Description:
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, finance, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • They will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and ensuring timely filing of GST returns and other statutory requirements.
  • The candidate will also oversee payroll processing, manage employee records, leave administration, and HR documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Experience: At least 2–3 years of relevant experience (FMCG, retail, or trading sector preferred)
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting regulations and tax requirements, experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel
  • Personal Qualities: Meticulous, well-organized, and able to meet tight deadlines, strong communication skills and ability to work in a small, dynamic team
