  • You will be responsible for managing high volumes of tasks, preparing reports, and handling multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You will handle customer inquiries, feedback, and requests professionally, ensuring prompt responses to emails, phone calls, and eShop orders.
  • You will process and track eShop sales orders from placement to delivery, prepare invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.
