**Job Title:** Executive Director of Education and InclusionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Executive Director of Education and Inclusion. This is a key leadership position that requires a strong understanding of early childhood education, inclusive practices, and curriculum development.**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive education strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Provide educational leadership and oversight of academic staff, ensuring they stay updated on latest educational developments and inclusive practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new curriculum and assessment methods that meet changing early childhood education needs.
  • Ensure day-to-day school operations are compliant with requirements and SOPs.
  • Support student well-being and ensure timeliness and quality of their learning and assignments.
**Requirements:**
  • Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field is a minimum requirement.
  • Experience in early childhood education, preferably covering the 0-6 age range.
  • Passion for creating inclusive learning environments.
  • Ability to lead curriculum development and educational research.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are preferred.
