
Executive Director of Education and Inclusion

- Develop and implement a comprehensive education strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide educational leadership and oversight of academic staff, ensuring they stay updated on latest educational developments and inclusive practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new curriculum and assessment methods that meet changing early childhood education needs.
- Ensure day-to-day school operations are compliant with requirements and SOPs.
- Support student well-being and ensure timeliness and quality of their learning and assignments.
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field is a minimum requirement.
- Experience in early childhood education, preferably covering the 0-6 age range.
- Passion for creating inclusive learning environments.
- Ability to lead curriculum development and educational research.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin are preferred.
