**Role Description**

The Inclusive Education Teacher is responsible for creating a supportive and welcoming learning environment for all students. This is a full-time, onsite role located in Singapore. The Inclusive Education Teacher will develop and implement individualized education programs for students with diverse learning needs, collaborate with parents and other educators to identify and meet students’ individual goals, and provide emotional and behavioral support to students who may require additional assistance.

**Qualifications**
- Experience working in an inclusive learning environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of learning strategies and accommodations for students with diverse learning needs
- Experience working with students with disabilities and behavioural challenges
- Ability to work collaboratively with other educators, parents, and students
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion
- Teaching certification is preferred but not required

**Responsibilities include**:

- Prepare individualised lesson plans for your own students
- Carry out daily one-to-one lessons to implement individualised lesson plans for your own students
- Prepare class lesson plans for the classroom
- Run and manage your classroom
- Set up the classroom to the necessary requirements
- Act as the main point of contact between parent and AHT
- Update and document progress of the student using the documents provided by All Hands Together.
- Adhere to the processes and guidelines set out by All Hands Together
- Provide educational and behavioural techniques/ strategies to enable caregivers to effectively carry out lesson plans at home
- Carry out regular home visits to implement monthly lesson plans as a tutor
- Carry out regular home visits to teach and enable daily living skills to students
