Lead Inclusive Education at Our Preschool

We seek a visionary leader to spearhead our preschool's inclusive education initiative. As the Principal, you will be responsible for developing and upholding inclusive preschool philosophies, advocating for the development of inclusive preschools in Singapore, and leading in the planning and implementation of school events and activities that foster a sense of community and belonging among children with diverse abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, excellent leadership and communication skills, and experience in early childhood education. They will be able to motivate and inspire a team of educators to provide high-quality learning experiences that cater to the needs of all students.

In this role, you will oversee the planning and implementation of curriculum and mentor teachers to achieve the preschool's objectives. You will also ensure the viability of the preschool as a business entity, manage its operations and governance, and develop policies and processes to support the preschool's mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement inclusive preschool philosophies and advocate for their adoption in Singapore.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of school events and activities that promote inclusivity and community engagement.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of curriculum and mentor teachers to achieve the preschool's objectives.
  • Ensure the viability of the preschool as a business entity and manage its operations and governance.
Requirements:
  • Degree/Master in Preschool Education or Early Childhood Care Education.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in leadership roles in early childhood education.
  • Adequate knowledge of current early childhood care and education development theories, research, and practices.
