Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive to lead our Membership and Guest Services duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and experience working in the hospitality or service industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of membership transactions, respond to general enquiries and guest feedback.
  • Prepare daily shift opening/closing processes and documents to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house functions to optimize location-based membership services.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to promote membership programs and benefits.
  • Maintain confidentiality, data accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
RequirementsEssential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Meet the statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age as per the relevant Regulatory Authority.
  • Possess a Diploma in Business or Marketing with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills with experience from the hospitality or service industry.
  • Be able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
