Job Title:Membership Management SpecialistAbout the Role:

We are seeking a Membership Management Specialist to lead our membership program in Singapore. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, launching, and managing our membership system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive membership program that drives engagement and retention.
  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to segment customer databases and personalize marketing efforts.
  • Rethink and enhance the membership experience by leveraging data insights and user needs.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, handle feedback, and optimize the membership journey.
Community Building & Engagement:
  • B build strong ties with Singapore's pet parent community through various channels, including events and partnerships.
  • Support showroom events, grooming workshops, and lifestyle gatherings to foster community engagement.
  • Collaborate with teams to promote online-to-offline integration and drive revenue growth.
  • Leverage referral programs to boost member acquisition and brand advocacy.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in loyalty marketing & membership operation, preferably in consumer goods or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record of managing both online and offline initiatives, with expertise in EDM tools and CRM platforms.
Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and repeat purchase rate optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with EDM tools, CRM platforms, and data-driven marketing.
  • Event planning and community management skills, with ability to host/organize engaging workshops and lifestyle gatherings.
