Support the planning of member engagement initiatives and projects by providing timely membership statistics or data analytics report.

**Data Analytics**
- Support the planning of member engagement initiatives and projects by providing timely membership statistics or data analytics report / dashboard via data visualization platform (e.g. Excel,Tableau).
- Transform large data sets into compelling visualizations to analyze trends and patterns of membership programme

**Digitalization**
- Work with ICT, partners and vendors to ensure all membership related system processes and interfaces are operating BAU.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, vendors, and partners to assist in project management on projects for membership program, including mobile app development
- Develop and implement technology solutions and digitalisation to support membership operation enhancement, including membership acquisition, targeted marketing, members engagement, as well as any new initiative/project from time to time.
- Support the exploration and adaptation of new technology (e.g. Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation) to support the overall membership programme strategy.
- Ensure successful delivery of project deliverables and IT/Analytics solutions within agreed timelines by working closely with key stakeholders
