Membership Management Specialist

This is a key role within our organization that requires a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

The successful candidate will have experience in designing, launching, and managing membership systems, as well as developing lifecycle marketing strategies to segment customer databases and personalize marketing efforts.

In addition, they will need to be skilled at leveraging data insights and user needs to enhance the membership experience, while ensuring exceptional customer service and handling feedback.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a comprehensive membership program that drives engagement and retention.
  • Develop lifecycle marketing strategies to segment customer databases and personalize marketing efforts.
  • Rethink and enhance the membership experience by leveraging data insights and user needs.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service, handle feedback, and optimize the membership journey.
  • Community Building & Engagement:
  • Build strong ties with Singapore's pet parent community through various channels, including events and partnerships.
  • Support showroom events, grooming workshops, and lifestyle gatherings to foster community engagement.
  • Collaborate with teams to promote online-to-offline integration and drive revenue growth.
  • Leverage referral programs to boost member acquisition and brand advocacy.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in loyalty marketing & membership operation, preferably in consumer goods or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record of managing both online and offline initiatives, with expertise in EDM tools and CRM platforms.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and repeat purchase rate optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with EDM tools, CRM platforms, and data-driven marketing.
  • Event planning and community management skills, with ability to host/organize engaging workshops and lifestyle gatherings.
