Job Title: Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

Job Description:
Lead logistics and supply chain projects from initiation to completion, analyzing processes and recommending improvements for cost reduction and productivity enhancement.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely project execution, developing and maintaining project documentation including project plans, timelines, status reports, and KPIs.
Utilize data analytics and simulation tools to model and optimize logistics networks, ensuring compliance with local and international transportation laws and regulations.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for logistics operations, providing technical support and training to operations teams during the implementation phase.
Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to meet deadlines and objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or project engineering roles
Strong knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations, transportation management, and supply chain planning
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders at all levels
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
