Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in procurement, demand planning, and supply chain management to drive business growth and efficiency.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring seamless product availability, managing supplier relationships, and forecasting demand across multiple product lines and markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3–5 years' experience in procurement, demand planning, or supply chain roles (DTC or FMCG preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and forecasting tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple SKUs and suppliers across geographies
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus
  • Passion for wellness, nutrition, or consumer health products is a bonus
