Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient movement of goods and products from one location to another.

Your primary goal will be to minimize costs while maximizing customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless logistics integration into company procedures and operations.

This involves planning, monitoring, and supervising inbound and outgoing deliveries, as well as organizing warehouse management, transportation, and customer services.

You will research ideal shipping techniques, routing, and carriers to optimize delivery times and costs.

You will also evaluate budgets and expenditures to identify areas for improvement.

Furthermore, you will ensure that all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO requirements, maintaining the highest level of quality and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain, or relevant field.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry.
  • Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software.
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
