Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of process improvements and automation initiatives within our supply chain operations.

\

We are looking for a talented individual with a strong background in industrial engineering and supply chain optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience in analyzing current supply chain workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies using time studies, value stream mapping and data analytics.

\

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing process improvements and automation solutions (e.g. RPA, WMS automation, data integration) to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

\

A key focus area for this role will be collaboration with IT, operations and logistics teams to evaluate and deploy technologies that improve supply chain performance.

\

The Supply Chain Optimization Specialist will also be responsible for developing dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools to monitor the impact of process changes and ensure continuous improvement.

\

Requirements:

  • \
  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering or related fields.\
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain optimization, process improvement or industrial engineering.\
  • Strong knowledge of lean principles, Six Sigma and automation technologies (e.g. RPA, warehouse automation, MES/WMS).\
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python) and process modeling software (e.g. Visio, AutoCAD or Arena).\
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.\
