Corporate Restructuring Specialist

As a highly skilled and experienced accountant, you will play a crucial part in the successful turnaround and restructuring of businesses. This is a key role that requires your expertise to conceptualize and implement strategic, operational, and financial change.
Our team works closely with clients to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions to drive business growth and sustainability. You will be responsible for managing and leading insolvency and restructuring engagements, including performing analysis on historical and current financial performance, identifying immediate remedies, and liaising with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in accountancy or a related field, along with significant experience in corporate/individual insolvency and/or restructuring exercises. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, familiar with applicable Singapore law on corporate restructuring and insolvency, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead insolvency and restructuring engagements
- Perform analysis on historical and current financial performance
- Liaise with various stakeholders, including creditors and administrators
