Corporate Restructuring Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements. This role requires a high degree of organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing letters, notices, emails and reports to stakeholders
  • Managing business premises and assets, including realisation and disposal
  • Gathering information from books and records of clients and third parties to inform business decisions
  • Indexing and safekeeping of sensitive documents and records
  • Recovering debts and adjudicating creditors' claims in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Investigating past transactions to identify areas for improvement
  • Assisting in financial review and preparation of restructuring proposals to support business growth
  • Attending meetings and preparing minutes of meetings to ensure accuracy and transparency
  • Counselling and guiding junior team members, and reviewing their work to provide constructive feedback

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Accountancy, Law or other professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA
  • 4-6 years of experience in corporate insolvency and restructuring
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching and communication skills
