Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring Executive

As a Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting in the administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements. This includes managing liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring, special accountancy, and debt restructuring.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the preparation of letters, notices, emails, and reports
- Taking control of business premises and assets, followed by realization
- Information gathering from books/records of clients and third parties
- Indexing and safekeeping of books and records
- Recovery of debts
- Adjudication of creditors' claims
- Investigation of past transactions
- Assisting in the financial review and preparation of restructuring proposals
- Attending meetings and preparation of minutes of meetings
- Clarifying issues/problems to be addressed and communicating clearly and timely to supervisors
- Coaching and guiding junior team members and reviewing their work
- Ensuring timely reporting to supervisors and consistently meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Law, or other professional accounting qualifications recognized by ISCA
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate insolvency and restructuring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and construct solutions
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines
- Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and communication skills
