We are seeking a seasoned Insolvency and Restructuring Specialist to lead our team in promoting the PKF brand as a leader in the accounting industry.

This is a unique opportunity to build a practice within a globally connected firm while enjoying the autonomy and support of a partner-led environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead corporate insolvency and restructuring assignments, developing and executing recovery strategies involving asset sales, divestments, and debt and equity restructuring.
  • Act as an expert witness in litigation and arbitration proceedings, overseeing claims and litigation support services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, mentoring and leading multidisciplinary teams across engagements.
  • Drive business development and thought leadership in the restructuring and insolvency space.
Requirements:
  • Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (Singapore) under the IRDA.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in restructuring, insolvency, and dispute advisory.
  • Proven track record advising clients across various sectors.
  • Strong understanding of financial restructuring and turnaround strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
