In Singapore, PKF-CAP LLP provides audit and assurance, tax, accounting, and advisory services to a diverse range of clients, including listed companies, SMEs, and non-profit organisations. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced R&I partner to join our team and help us promote the PKF brand as a leader in the accounting industry.
Key Responsibilities

• \tLead and manage corporate insolvency and restructuring assignments, including judicial management, liquidation, receivership, and schemes of arrangement.

• \tDevelop and execute recovery strategies involving asset sales, divestments, and restructuring of debt and equity to restore business viability.

• \tAct as an expert witness in litigation and arbitration proceedings.

• \tOversee claims and litigation support services, including forensic accounting and damage quantification.

• \tBuild and maintain strong relationships with legal counsel, financial institutions, regulators, and other stakeholders.

• \tMentor and lead multidisciplinary teams across engagements.

• \tDrive business development and thought leadership in the restructuring and insolvency space.
Requirements

• \tLicensed Insolvency Practitioner (Singapore) under the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act (IRDA).

• \tMinimum 10 years of relevant experience in restructuring, insolvency, and dispute advisory.

• \tProven track record advising MNCs and SMEs across various sectors.

• \tStrong understanding of financial restructuring, distressed asset management, and turnaround strategies.

• \tExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
