Corporate Restructuring Specialist

We are seeking an expert to contribute to the administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring, special accountant, and debt restructuring.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing business premises and assets, gathering information from clients' and third parties' records, indexing and safeguarding books and records, recovering debts owed to the company, adjudicating creditors' claims fairly and efficiently, investigating past transactions thoroughly, and assisting in reviewing and preparing restructuring proposals.
The role also involves attending meetings, preparing minutes, communicating effectively with supervisors, coaching and mentoring junior team members, reviewing their work regularly, and meeting deadlines consistently and reporting progress to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Hold a degree in Accountancy, Law, or other professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA.
- Have 4-6 years of experience in corporate insolvency and restructuring.
- Possess strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and data interpretation skills.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, coaching, and communication skills.
