Corporate Restructuring Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Corporate Restructuring Specialist. This role will involve providing expert advice to clients on turnaround strategies, financial analysis, and insolvency management.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing financial positions and developing restructuring plans for clients in distress;
- Supporting the team with insolvency and restructuring engagements, including liquidation, receivership, and judicial management;
- Establishing clear understanding of clients and associated industries;
- Managing stakeholders and communicating effectively;
- Developing and implementing restructuring proposals;
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other deliverables for clients and stakeholders; and
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve high-quality outcomes.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in restructuring and insolvency or audit;
- A degree in accountancy, finance, or business, or professional qualifications in accounting;
- Knowledge of insolvency regulations in Singapore and corporate restructuring practices;
- Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities;
- Resourcefulness and ability to see the big picture;
- Street smarts and common sense;
- Able to work fast, creatively, and collaboratively in a time-sensitive environment.
Note: Only candidates based in Singapore with necessary work permits/authorizations will be considered.
