Corporate Insolvency and Restructuring Professional

This is a specialized role that requires expertise in corporate insolvency and restructuring. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements, which include liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring/special accountant, and debt restructuring.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the preparation of letters, notices, emails, and reports.
- Taking control of business premises and assets, followed by realization.
- Gathering information from books/records of clients and third parties.
- Indexing and safekeeping of books and records.
- Recovery of debts.
- Adjudication of creditors' claims.
- Investigation of past transactions.
- Assisting in the financial review and preparation of restructuring proposals.
- Attending meetings and preparation of minutes of meetings.
- Clients issue(s)/problem(s) clarification and communication with supervisors.
- Coaching and guiding junior team members, and reviewing their work.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Law, or other professional accounting qualifications recognized by ISCA.
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate insolvency and restructuring.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and construct solutions.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, coaching, and communication skills.
