Corporate Restructuring Specialist

Job Description
As a Corporate Restructuring Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting the administration of corporate insolvency and restructuring engagements. This includes liquidation, receivership, judicial management, scheme of arrangement, monitoring/special accountant, and debt restructuring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and send letters, notices, emails, and reports to relevant parties
- Take charge of business premises and assets, followed by their realisation
- Gather information from clients' and third-party records
- Organise and maintain safekeeping of books and records
- Recover debts and adjudicate creditors' claims
- Investigate past transactions
- Contribute to the financial review and preparation of restructuring proposals
- Attend meetings and record minutes
- Identify issues and communicate effectively with supervisors
- Counsel and guide junior team members and review their work
- Ensure timely reporting to supervisors and adherence to deadlines
Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy, Law, or equivalent professional accounting qualifications recognised by ISCA
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate insolvency and restructuring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation, insight generation, and solution construction abilities
- Able to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple deadlines
- Effective leadership, mentoring, coaching, and communication skills
