
Corporate Facilities Administrator

As a Facilities Manager in a corporate organization, you will be responsible for managing overall facilities and general office administration matters. This includes liaison and negotiation with vendors on equipment and system purchases and upgrades, as well as managing the bank's outsourced cleaning and security services.
You will also handle office security, building safety, fire drills, and manage company fixed asset maintenance. Additionally, you will assist with meeting room reservations and prepare facilities and office budgets.
Furthermore, you will be required to drive company cars when needed and serve as the first point of contact for Building Premises and Facilities Management matters. Other ad-hoc duties may also be assigned to you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall facilities and general office administration matters

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
Essential Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder with at least 1-3 years of relevant office/facilities administration experience in corporate organizations
- Experience in facilities management in banks is an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet challenging deadlines
- Possess valid Class 3 driving license
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
