Job Title: Business Innovation Strategist

At the core of this role is the ability to identify and leverage IT opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, improve visibility, and drive continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will lead digital transformation initiatives, planning, executing, and overseeing end-to-end projects to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

They will also collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and drive change adoption.

Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date SOPs, audit logs, and project documentation is crucial for transparency, risk management, and audit readiness.

Delivering timely and insightful reports to management will provide visibility into project status, key performance indicators, risk assessments, and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Deliver timely and insightful reports

Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or a related field is required.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in IT, including at least 2-3 years in a managerial or leadership role, is necessary.

Strong proficiency in IT infrastructure, data analytics, business intelligence tools, and process automation is essential.

Solid understanding of AI integration, cybersecurity principles, and current/emerging technology trends is required.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are also necessary.

Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting is highly desirable.
