**JOB SUMMARY**
**The Role Responsibilities**
- The Global Change & Enablement Principle Lead will be responsible for the successful delivery of organisational change management and adoption strategy and outcomes for transformation initiatives within the S&T portfolio. They will lead the organisational change management workstream for some of the largest and most complex S&T Transformation initiatives. They will provide leadership, strategic direction and appropriate quality & readiness assurance to the change & enablement deliverables.- Deep organisational change management expertise is essential, including leading complex service proposition and target operating model changes.**RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Strategy**
The Global Change & Enablement Principle Lead will be responsible for:

- Drives the Beacon organisational change management and adoption strategy, including integration of plans with other key S&T transformation initiatives.
- Co-creation of the global change messaging for relevant S&T transformation initiatives.
- Creation of the global change management strategy, roadmap & milestone plan. Works closely with key stakeholders within the S&T portfolio governance structure to ensure alignment
- Collaborates with the broader S&T OCM/C&E practice to refine structured methodology and principles for org. change management in alignment with SCB’s change delivery standards.
- Definition of key success measures and the mechanisms for tracking success both in terms of business readiness and adoption
- Quality assurance of deliverables produced by the Change & Engagement workstream in order to ensure consistency (e.g. change impact assessment, business readiness assessments, training plans, etc.) across the portfolio
- Partners with the Group S&T communications to ensure messaging is aligned, consistent and utilizes standardized formats
- Refines the feedback loops into the programmes working with Employee Experience and Process Design
- Provides strategic and tactical advice to support driving sustainable change and implementing effective change management strategy to help successfully deliver the programmes
- Creation of high quality interventions that drives employee adoption and sustainability of change initiatives
- Understands the programme lifecycle and ensures all stages of the lifecycle are managed appropriately to support successful stage delivery
- Collaborates closely with Group PMO and the Programme Managers to raise any material risks or issues that arise
- Develop the strategy for the use of digital change interventions using WalkMe or other relevant tools across the Group in collaboration with T&I

- Ensures the team is adequately resourced and staffed by an appropriate number of competent staff to support S&T strategy. This includes ensuring that S&T org. change management standards are understood and refined in line with learnings.
- Ensures each role / resource has clear responsibilities, reporting lines, delegated authorities and objectives
- Sets the standard for and delivers a positive working culture across a new organisation in a high pressure and complex environment
- Provides leadership to the extended team of Org Change Managers and C&E resources, including consultants and NEWs where applicable
- Promotes and embeds the valued behaviours into the ways of working of the entire programme’s resource base.
- Makes resourcing decisions for senior roles from 3rd parties to ensure the right capabilities and value for money for the Bank

**Risk Management**:
Ensures all governance is delivered to audit quality standards
- Accountable for ensuring all C&E decisions are taken within Bank governance; individual decision-making rights for relevant cloud programmes as appropriate to defined programmes governance
