Job Title: Strategic Budget Manager

This role involves securing and optimizing manpower resources to implement programs and agency operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic, analytical, and critical thinking skills.

The selected individual will be responsible for formulating corporate-level funding policies, evaluating budget requests, and overseeing the allocation and management of resources. They will also lead the management of CET grants and strengthen governance for various initiatives.

The position requires effective written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is also necessary.

Candidates should have at least 6 years of relevant work experience in establishment/manpower planning and management, budget management, and budgetary policies. They must be able to collaborate effectively with individuals/teams internally and externally.

Suitable candidates will be offered a 2-year contract initially and may be considered for an extension or permanent tenure. They are encouraged to sign up for a Careers & Skills Passport (CSP).
