Portfolio Services Proposal Manager

The role of Portfolio Services Solutions and Proposal Manager involves overseeing the timely development and delivery of high-quality regional and/or global responses to business opportunities. This includes working in partnership with teams such as Transactions Management, Occupancy Planning, and Lease Administration.
Key Deliverables- Manage the development of compliant and competitive proposals through collaboration across teams.
- Apply experience and best practices in proposal team management to ensure timely delivery of proposal submissions.
- Analyze RFI, RFQ, RFPs, and other bid documents for requirements.
- Develop proposal schedules, outlines, compliance matrices, and development plans.
- Establish and maintain Teams collaboration sites for each proposal.
- Work with the pursuit team to determine author assignments and integrate win strategy, themes, and discriminators into proposals.
- Provide leadership and guidance to authors on all proposal content.
- Take ownership of proposal quality for reviews and final delivery by performing rigorous quality assurance checks.
- Bachelor's degree with five to eight years of experience in Solution Development, Bid Management, and/or the Real Estate industry.
- A background in Portfolio Services is advantageous.
- Effective communication skills with strong influencing abilities, particularly at the senior level.
- Proven track record in proposal management, either leading a team or as an individual contributor in regional and/or global pursuits.
- Fluency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Teams amongst other software platforms.
