Human Resource Specialist

About the Role:

The successful incumbent will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing transformative HR services, processes, and systems globally. He/She will be responsible for all matters relating to HR Operations, reports, data processing and provide support for HR transactional services worldwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise to enhance the HR Shared Services Center
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to improve key HR processes and system functionality
  • Ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in meeting full compliance to SOX/Enterprise level requirements
  • Generate custom reports for HR analytics, compliance, and decision-making
  • Support HR teams and employees on HRMIS usage
  • Provide guidance and advice to business unit managers and staff on HR policies, practices, and systems as needed

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience preferably in a semi-conductor industry
  • Good understanding of HR practices and operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail while producing accurate and high-quality work
  • Self-driven with ability to multi-task and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have strong analytical and effective problem-solving skills
  • A team player with initiative and good interpersonal skills
