Customer Service Representative

The role of a Customer Service Representative at our establishment is multifaceted and challenging. Key responsibilities include providing patients and visitors with direction and assistance with their enquiries and requests at the concierge counter, ensuring smooth traffic flow at the lobby and driveway, and admitting patients to their rooms in a timely manner.

Job Scope:

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors by responding to their enquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure that all areas of the lobby and driveway are well-managed and organized to ensure smooth traffic flow.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that patients receive the best possible care and service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of High Nitec/Diploma and above.
  • At least 3 months' commitment.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week, with 2 days off, including weekends and public holidays.
  • 42 hours per week.
