Complex Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and executing complex projects, primarily in the Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation domain.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, including equipment selection, load calculations, and ductwork design. They should also possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is progressing according to specifications and quality standards.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal project teams, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and ensure quick resolution to minimize project delays.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, reports, and other necessary records.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation controls.
- A diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including equipment selection, load calculations, and ductwork design.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to HVAC systems to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and project teams.
