Technical Account Manager, Enterprise Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Account Manager to join our Enterprise Support team at Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited - D55. As a Technical Account Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our enterprise customers in building applications and services on the AWS platform.
Key Responsibilities- Champion and advocate for Enterprise Support customers, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Engage with customers at the account level, providing recommendations and proactive advice on cloud adoption and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Develop and maintain deep relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
- Work closely with Amazon Web Services engineers to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution of complex or large-impact incidents.
- Participate in customer requested meetings, both on-site and remotely, to provide expert guidance and support.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS services and technologies, and provide recommendations on how they can be applied to meet customer needs.
- Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
- 5+ years of technical support, Solution Architect, Professional services, DevOps, Software Engineering, or consulting experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or two of the following areas: systems administration (Linux and/or Windows), networking (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), programming/scripting (Java, Perl, Ruby, C#, and/or PHP), container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), database administration (MySQL/PostgresSQL/Oracle), and Blockchain/Web3 technology.
- Experience in AWS Services, deployment experience for CICD pipeline based on Kubernetes, large-scale Kubernetes operation, database operation, cybersecurity operation, and relationship management in a large enterprise environment.
- Computer Science or Math background highly desired; working knowledge of software development practices and technologies highly desired.
- Experience in a 24x7 operational services or support environment.
- Proficiency in database operation, cybersecurity operation, and relationship management in a large enterprise environment.
