The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Master of Science (coursework) academic and program management tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of academic programs and student success.

Job Description
The Assistant Manager will be responsible for coordinating the administration of examinations, assessments, and grading processes. This includes processing examination marks, ensuring timely and accurate recording and reporting of results. Additionally, the incumbent will monitor academic progress and performance of students, providing guidance and support as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement strategies to enhance the quality and relevance of academic programs, including curriculum review and revision.
  • Collaborate with faculty members and program directors to address student concerns, grievances, and academic appeals effectively.
  • Identify, plan, implement, and enhance operational and administrative processes related to academic and program management.
  • Provide support in the planning and execution of academic events and activities, such as orientation programs and student workshops.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in academic administration or program management roles.
  • Demonstrated exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exhibit self-driven, resourceful, and excellent team player qualities.
  • Proficient in MS Office suites, including Excel and Word.
  • Advance knowledge in Excel is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Power Automate or a similar tool is considered an additional asset.
  • Experience in exam marks processing and familiarity with relevant software systems is highly desirable.
