Develop and closely monitor program budgets, demonstrating agility in
resource allocation and cost optimization.
Lead semester planning with a focus on strategic academic staff
deployment and timely assignment distribution.
Conduct thorough, timely reviews of lesson plans and assessment briefs to
maintain high quality and consistency standards.
Leverage expertise in curriculum design, pedagogy, and assessment to
continuously enhance program delivery.
Spearhead the development and implementation of a contemporary,
diverse music curriculum that adheres to accreditation standards.
Collaborate proactively with the Dean and Academic Staff to integrate
