Program Coordinator

**Job Description:
You will be responsible for successful operation and execution of the program which includes the BootCamp, sprint week, demo day and other initiatives, with guidance from a Program Lead.

You are expected to be proficient in organizing events, project management, stakeholder management and passionate about AI.

**Responsibilities:
**Project Management Excellence**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive project plan for the Generative AI Accelerator Program, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources efficiently, monitor progress, and proactively address potential challenges.
- Implement best practices in project management to drive successful program outcomes.
- Make data-driven decisions, collect feedback, prepare and present insights and results to the team.
- Coordinate and execute both online and offline outreach, educating participants on offerings and activities. This includes but is not limited to planning and executing events.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, including program participants, industry mentors, and internal teams.
- Act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a positive and collaborative environment.
- Organize regular meetings and communication channels to foster engagement and ensure the smooth flow of information.

**Program Preparation**:

- Lead the strategic planning and execution of the Generative AI Accelerator Program, defining clear program objectives and key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external experts to curate a dynamic and impactful program agenda, incorporating the latest trends and advancements in Generative AI.
- Oversee participant selection processes, ensuring a diverse and qualified cohort for the accelerator program.

**Problem Solving and Innovation**:

- Demonstrate a keen ability to identify and overcome obstacles that may arise during the preparation phase of the Generative AI Accelerator Program.
- Proactively address challenges, making informed decisions to ensure the program stays on track and meets its objectives.
- Employ strategic problem-solving techniques to analyze issues and formulate effective solutions.
- Collaborate with the project team to implement corrective actions swiftly, minimizing disruptions to the program's timeline and goals.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by systematically evaluating and refining processes based on lessons learned from overcoming challenges.
- Instill a commitment to innovation and efficiency, creating an environment where setbacks are viewed as opportunities for learning and improvement.

**Program Evaluation**:

- Develop and implement robust mechanisms for ongoing program evaluation, collecting feedback from participants, mentors, and stakeholders.
- Analyze program performance data to derive insights and identify areas for improvement.
- Use evaluation findings to inform future iterations of the Generative AI Accelerator Program, ensuring continuous enhancement.

**Communication and Reporting**:

- Prepare regular status reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting program achievements, challenges, and future milestones.
- Ensure transparent and effective communication channels, keeping all relevant parties informed and engaged.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to promote the program's success and impact.

**Adaptability and Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay informed about the latest developments in Generative AI and related technologies.
- Proactively identify opportunities for program enhancement, scalability, and sustainability.
- Continuously refine program processes and strategies based on feedback, industry trends, and emerging best practices.
- Comfortable with flexible working hours including extended work hours or weekends based on project needs.
- Experience working with remote teams and different time zones.
- Experience with organizing events and workshops, emceeing, hosting, presenting or publicspeaking.
- Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and complex situations.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in an ever-changing environment.
- Ideally, you have an in-depth understanding of the generative AI ecosystem, challenges and needs, and are connected to developers, industry experts, investors in the generative AI space.
